Job summary

President University in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven HR professional to lead talent management initiatives and end-to-end recruitment for both academic and non-academic roles. The role involves collaborating with faculty leaders to address strategic workforce needs and building a robust local and international candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent management, strong stakeholder management, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in higher education or multinational environments is a plus.
