Job summary

PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa (WMP) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Staff to source candidates for Sales, Technical, Engineering and Service roles in the machinery and manufacturing sector.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, and referrals. Ideal applicants have a minimum S1 in a related field, strong communication, and hands-on sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Psychology or HR related field.
• Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and sourcing abilities may be considered.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate sourcing methods.
• Strong communication and interview skills.
• Proactive with cold outreach to candidates.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the recruitment process from sourcing until candidates join the company
• Understand manpower needs from each division and hiring manager
• Create and publish job vacancies
• Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, databases, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
• Conduct headhunting and direct outreach to passive candidates, not just waiting for applicants
• Search for candidates from companies or industries relevant to position needs
• Perform CV screening and initial screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate the interview process
• Conduct initial interviews and create candidate assessments
• Manage candidate database and talent pool
