Job summary

PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk is seeking a recruitment specialist to identify manpower needs, manage end-to-end recruitment, and conduct competency-based interviews to support organizational goals.

You will engage internal talent, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition and workforce mobility across our corporate environment in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and competency-based interviewing
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools, including test administration, interpretation, and report writing
• Good understanding of assessment tools and talent identification
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Creative and proactive in developing employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize manpower needs
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning and sourcing to hiring fulfillment
• Conduct interviews and provide input on recruitment and assessment tools
• Identify and engage internal talent to support workforce needs and talent mobility
• Develop ideas and concepts for employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's talent attraction
