Job summary

Abad Resources is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Development Staff to support end-to-end recruitment and learning initiatives. You will source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and help develop training programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience; strong communication and Excel skills are essential. You will work closely with hiring managers and contribute to employer branding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment is required.
• Familiar with JobStreet, LinkedIn, candidate databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Basic understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, candidate databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment progress.
• Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives.
• Support the identification of employee training and development needs.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating training, assessment, and employee development programs.
• Manage training administration, attendance, documentation, and evaluation.
• Monitor and maintain employee training and development records.
• Support other HR & People Development initiatives as required.
