Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM, located in Jakarta, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and build talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 3+ years in TA, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate independently with a proactive, results-driven mindset. English is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related roles.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment knowledge including sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with hiring managers and candidates at different levels.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Proactive, independent and results-driven with strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
• Improve recruitment processes to ensure hiring is efficient, timely, cost-effective, and delivers the right candidates.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical and future positions through proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
• Develop recruitment partnerships and talent sources, including universities, vocational schools, professional communities, vendors, and other relevant institutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition, including recruitment analytics, market and talent insights, and regular reporting.
• Handle administrative and operational processes for the Recruitment team, including vendor coordination, outsourcing administration, and payment processing.
