Firdaus Hospital is seeking a Recruitment and Training specialist in Jakarta to manage end-to-end recruitment and to develop training programs essential for our transition toward a premium healthcare provider.
You will post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, perform reference checks, extend offers, and ensure compliant onboarding while delivering regular recruitment reports.

We are seeking a Recruitment and Training specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and develop training programs that support our strategic transition toward becoming a widely recognized super-premium hospital.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower request to employee onboarding
Post job vacancies across various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, internal databases, etc.)
Conduct CV screening and administrative selection based on job requirements
Perform initial interviews to assess candidates' competencies, attitude, and cultural fit
Coordinate further selection processes with hiring managers (interview scheduling, psychometric tests, skill tests, etc.)
Conduct reference checks and validate candidate information when necessary
Prepare and deliver job offers to selected candidates, including handling negotiations if required
Ensure completeness of candidate documentation prior to hiring and onboarding
Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs in accordance with recruitment SLA
Prepare periodic recruitment reports (candidate pipeline, hiring progress, etc.)
About you
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred
Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage
Ability to conduct behavioral-based interviews and candidate assessments
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, especially in handling multiple recruitment and training activities simultaneously
High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
