Job summary

Firdaus Group is looking for an experienced Supervisor Procurement to join our Head Office team in Jakarta. This role will oversee procurement activities across the Group’s business units, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, cost optimisation, and compliance with Group standards.

You will work closely with procurement teams across each business unit to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure consistent procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain management.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, evaluation, and CAPEX procurement.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Management System at holding level: registration, pre-qualification, evaluation, DRP/ blacklist.
• Supervise and coordinate procurement team and ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement: requisition to delivery and invoice processing.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve competitive pricing and quality.
• Monitor inventory and implement stock optimisation strategies to minimise waste.
• Prepare and analyse procurement reports and dashboards to identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain supplier scorecards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver timely procurement solutions.
• Manage procurement budgets and track expenditure for cost control.
• Handle non-routine procurement and CAPEX at holding level, incl. feasibility studies.

About the role
Firdaus Group is looking for an experienced Supervisor Procurement to join our Head Office team. This role will oversee and coordinate procurement activities across the Group’s business units, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, cost optimisation, and compliance with Group procurement standards and business needs.

You will work closely with procurement teams across each business unit to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure consistent procurement practices.

Key responsibilities

Manage Vendor Management System at the holding level, including registration, pre qualification, performance evaluation, and DRP/ blacklist management

Supervise and coordinate the procurement team, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, procedures and best practices

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition through to delivery and invoice processing

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve competitive pricing and quality standards

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimise stock management whilst minimising waste

Prepare and analyse procurement reports and dasboard, identifying trends, cost savings opportunities and areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational policies and quality standards in all procurement activities

Conduct supplier performance evaluations and manage supplier scorecards

Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely solutions

Manage procurement budgets and track expenditure to ensure cost control

Manage non routine procurement and invesment/ CAPEX at the holding level, inclucing feasibility studies and needs evaluation

Manage KSO contracts, rentals, and SLA maintenance

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or a related field is preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management

Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, evaluation, and investment procurement/ CAPEX

Experience in procurement of medical equipment or strategic assets is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines

Relevant certifications (e.g. CIPS, BNSP Procurement, VMS, Vendor Qualification, Contract Management, or Risk Management) are a plus
