Job summary

Corner House Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end process—from manpower requests to onboarding—ensuring timely, compliant hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, publish ads across channels, source candidates, and screen applications with an eye for detail.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field and at least 1 year of recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and administration.
• Proficient in job portals, professional social networks, and Office/Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process aligned with hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job qualifications.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct administrative screening.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews with managers.
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Handle recruitment administration, including databases and documents.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate the offer process.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment documents before start date.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and administrative requirements.
• Maintain a Talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports on hiring status, time-to-fill, and sources.
• Support employer branding, job fairs, and campus recruitment.
