We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR & GA team and provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth and well-organized hiring process while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with stakeholders to update and maintain Job Descriptions.
- Preparing and managing internal Talent Acquisition reports.
- Conducting candidate background checks as part of the recruitment process.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing required documents and assisting with induction sessions.
- Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinating meeting logistics for Talent Acquisition activities, including room bookings, meeting materials, and minutes of meetings.
- Maintaining and organizing candidate data, including CVs, Take Home Test results, contact details, and other recruitment-related documents in internal systems.
- Supporting Pre-Employee Screening / Candidate Employee Screening as part of the Know Your Employee (KYE) process.
- Providing additional support to the Talent Acquisition team across recruitment activities as needed.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with people and data.
You should have:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Information Technology, Literature, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Administration, HR Administration, General Administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong experience in documentation, administration, and managing large volumes of data.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CV databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with professional platforms and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential information.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to support the team in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
