PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to proactively source and screen candidates for a range of roles, with a focus on mass hiring across the organization.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer and onboarding, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles. Travel may be required to fulfill recruitment needs.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience in mass hiring.
• Experience in financial services or technology sectors is preferred.
• Willing to travel to different cities as recruitment needs arise.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

About you

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition in mass hiring, ideally within the financial services or technology sector

Willing to travel to different cities or areas based on recruitment needs

Experience in mass hiring

Strong skills in sourcing, screening and assessing candidates using various methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders

Adaptable to different locations and working environments

A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
