Job summary

Travel to different cities is required. You should have mass hiring and canvassing experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive recruitment analytics to inform hiring strategy in a fast-growing FinTech.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of mass hiring TA experience, preferably in financial services or tech.
• Willing to travel to different cities or areas based on recruitment needs.
• Experience in mass hiring (sales) and canvassing activities.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening and assessing candidates using various methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptable to different locations and working environments.
• A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for talent and a commitment to building high-performing teams.
• Intermediate language skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for a range of roles across the organization.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support the company's hiring needs.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and the ideal candidate profile.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Providing recruitment analytics and insights to inform the company's talent acquisition approach.
• Maintaining high volume pipelines.
