PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia membuka posisi HR Admin & General Affairs di Bali (Denpasar). Anda akan mengelola administrasi karyawan, onboarding, kepatuhan hukum ketenagakerjaan, serta mendukung proses HR dan operasional kantor cabang.

Posisi ini menuntut minimal S1, 2+ tahun pengalaman, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun tim, dan fasih berbahasa Inggris. Penempatan Bali dengan akses fasilitas kantor modern.

Formación

• Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait (Psikologi, HRM, Hukum, dsb).
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman HR/GA.
• Pengalaman di kantor cabang menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsabilidades

• Administrasi dan pemeliharaan catatan karyawan di tingkat cabang.
• Memfasilitasi onboarding karyawan baru untuk integrasi yang mulus.
• Memantau masa kontrak kerja, masa percobaan, dan perpanjangan.
• Mendukung proses HR administratif termasuk rekrutmen, kehadiran, gaji, BPJS, dan perjanjian kerja (PKWT/PKWTT).
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia dan kebijakan HR internal.
• Membantu penanganan disiplin, penilaian kinerja, dan hubungan industrial di tingkat cabang.
• Memelihara pengetahuan terkini tentang regulasi tenaga kerja dan praktik HR terbaik.
• Mengelola data karyawan menggunakan HRIS (jika ada).
• Mengelola pengadaan dan persediaan perlengkapan kantor, ATK, dan peralatan.
• Menjaga kebersihan, keamanan, dan kerapian lingkungan kantor.
• Mengawasi perawatan fasilitas kantor dan infrastruktur.
• Membantu pengelolaan dan penjadwalan kendaraan operasional perusahaan.
• Mengatur perjalanan, transportasi, dan akomodasi untuk dinas.
• Menangani perizinan kantor termasuk pembaruan dan kepatuhan regulasi setempat.
• Mendukung operasional harian kantor dan logistik.
• Berkolaborasi dengan vendor layanan pihak ketiga (mis. layanan kebersihan, pemasok kantor).

Descripción del empleo

• Administer and maintain accurate employee records and documentation at the branch level.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration.
• Monitor employment contract periods, probation status, and renewals.
• Support HR administrative processes including recruitment, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT).
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Assist in handling disciplinary matters, performance appraisals, and industrial relations issues at the branch level.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Utilize HRIS systems effectively for employee data management (if applicable).
• Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery (ATK), and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the office work environment.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of office facilities and infrastructure.
• Assist in the management and scheduling of company operational vehicles.
• Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for business trips.
• Handle office-related licensing matters, including renewals and compliance with local regulations.
• Support day-to-day office operations and logistics.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors (e.g., cleaning services, office supply vendors).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and General Affairs.
• Experience working in a branch office or within a multi-branch organizational structure is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Loyal and accountable in carrying out work responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
• Based in Bali.
