Job summary

PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia is seeking a Field Collection Team Leader in the Tangerang area. The role oversees field collection operations, ensures KPI achievement, and coaches a team to drive performance while maintaining strict control and risk management.

Responsibilities include distributing accounts, reviewing QC results, and preparing incentive calculations. Candidates should have at least 2 years in a leadership role within collections and hold a Diploma in any field.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Possess at least a Diploma's Degree in any field.
• Good knowledge in Collection.
• Good leadership, able to build and lead a team.
• Able to read collection reports.
• Good understanding in control, monitoring and coaching.
• Able to work under pressure and target.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.

This role involves leading and managing field collection operations, ensuring team performance against KPIs, and maintaining collection strategy effectiveness. You will oversee account distribution, monitor quality control results, and drive team performance through coaching and strategic oversight.

Key responsibilities

Ensure account distribution to in-house team according to bucket handling

Ensure field collector knows and understands the KPI to be achieved

Review result from QC Field

Compile report performance collection

Prepare incentive calculation based on performance and scheme

Ensure memo from visitation result field collector to customer recorded in system

Coach low performance field collection team members

Ensure no high risk findings will be impacted to business sustainability

Prepare, document and monitor strategy effectiveness and custody of the collection strategy/procedure

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all collection strategies

Requirement

At least 2 years experience as Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor
