Job summary

PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia is seeking a Training Supervisor to assist the Training Manager in setting up and monitoring training programs within the collections division. You will act as a bridge between management and collection operations, helping to design strategies, implement learning systems, and monitor trainer and participant performance.

The role emphasizes evaluating training effectiveness, creating training materials, and motivating the team to improve productivity in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree in any field.
• Experience supervisor minimum 2 years in training and development in collection, banking or financial services.
• Good communication.
• Preferred experience as assistant manager or supervisor.

• Support training manager to set up, implementation, and monitoring

• Support to set up training strategy
• Support for evaluation training effectiveness and learning system or e-learning
