TopKarir.Global is seeking a Recruitment Manager for Denpasar, Bali to lead end-to-end hiring for international hospitality, engineering, marine and back-office roles. You will manage job postings, screen applications, conduct competency-based interviews, and coordinate video interviews with overseas partners.

This on-site role requires strong stakeholder management with international clients and a focus on process improvement.

Role Description

The Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end hiring processes for international hospitality, engineering, marine, and back-office positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, screening applications, conducting competency-based interviews, and coordinating video interviews with overseas partners. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with international hotel and cruise line clients, overseeing recruitment pipelines, and monitoring compliance with company and partner standards. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment workflows, generate reports, and support continuous process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, client communication, and relationship building with international partners.
• Proficiency in interview techniques, competency assessment, and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to manage recruitment data, track pipelines, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality industry talent management is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Denpasar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
