TopKarir.Global is seeking a Recruitment Manager for Denpasar, Bali to lead end-to-end hiring for international hospitality, engineering, marine and back-office roles. You will manage job postings, screen applications, conduct competency-based interviews, and coordinate video interviews with overseas partners.

This on-site role requires strong stakeholder management with international clients and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

Strong experience in talent sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment management.
Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building with international partners.
Proficient in interview techniques, competency assessment, and candidate evaluation.
Ability to manage recruitment data, pipelines, and produce clear reports.

Responsabilités

Manage end-to-end hiring for international hospitality, engineering, marine, and back-office roles.
Post and manage job postings, screen applications, and conduct competency-based interviews.
Coordinate video interviews with overseas partners and align with international clients.
Build and maintain relationships with international hotel and cruise line clients.
Oversee recruitment pipelines and monitor compliance with partner standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment workflows and generate reports.
Support continuous process improvement across the recruitment function.
