Job description

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for headquarters and outlets, from job posting and sourcing through to candidate selection and onboarding. You will source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and internal databases, while coordinating interviews with stakeholders and managing the full hiring lifecycle including offers, medical check-ups, joining administration, and new employee onboarding.
