Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and qualify candidates by conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews according to identified qualification standards.
• Identify areas of potential optimization and share them with management.
• Assist with coordinating organization for recruiting events, such as job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events.
• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline.
