Job summary

PT Binacitra Kharisma Lestari (BCKL), an apparel manufacturer behind the WATCHOUT and TRISET brands, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional in Bandung, West Java. You will support end-to-end recruitment and candidate assessments to ensure staff fit and performance.

You will manage postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews, partner with hiring managers, and maintain talent pipelines. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, confidentiality, and a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Assessment, or related HR function.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and competency-based interviewing.
• Strong analytical, communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with ability to manage multiple vacancies and assessment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and sourcing to screening, interviews, and offers.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, competencies, and suitability for each role.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and recruitment KPIs.
• Coordinate and administer candidate assessments in line with company procedures.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates’ capabilities and potential.
• Analyze assessment results and prepare structured evaluation reports.
• Provide assessment summaries and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and safeguard confidential candidate information.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure assessments run effectively and on schedule.
