Job summary

Shopee in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Operations Product Manager specialized in Warehouse Management Systems to join the Department Operations team. You will coordinate feature rollouts, document requirements, and work with regional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities include UAT, developing SOPs, training users, and serving as the WMS superuser to keep warehouse operations efficient and reliable. Fluency in English and a background in logistics are required.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
