Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system engineering, system administration, or a related technical role, preferably with a cloud service provider or data center.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting: Linux/Windows server and Webserver, Mail Server, Networking Basic and Routing (Mikrotik, Fortigate), DNS, and Wifi Controller Managed
• Knowledge of internet networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and VLAN.
• Familiarity with web or desktop programming is an advantage.

Job description

Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and services, including cloud computing, hosting, servers, and firewalls, to ensure optimal performance, security and service availability while providing technical support to customers.

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in system engineering, system administration, or a related technical role, preferably with a cloud service provider or data center.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting: Linux/Windows server and Webserver, Mail Server, Networking Basic and Routing (Mikrotik, Fortigate), DNS, and Wifi Controller Managed
