PT Mastersystem Infotama di Jakarta Pusat mencari staf IT operasional untuk menjalankan operasional teknologi Thales HSM/HSM dan MFA pada aplikasi perbankan. Anda akan melaporkan operasional harian, memperbaiki masalah, dan melakukan troubleshooting.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site dengan dukungan remote di luar jam kerja serta penempatan onsite di lokasi pelanggan. Kualifikasi minimal S1 TI, pengalaman 3 tahun, penguasaan Thales HSM dan OS Linux (RHEL) diperlukan, serta kemampuan analisis masalah

Qualifications

• Sarjana S1, Teknik Informatika atau sejenis.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang terkait.
• Memahami operasional Thales HSM.
• Menguasai OS Linux (RHEL) dan analisa gangguan OS.
• Mampu analisa masalah dan eskalasi ke global support jika diperlukan.
• Mendokumentasikan hasil assessment dan perubahan konfigurasi.

Responsabilités

• Menjalankan operasional untuk Thales HSM, MFA, dan aplikasi perbankan.
• Melaporkan operasional harian secara rutin.
• Melakukan perbaikan terkait permasalahan yang muncul.
• Melakukan troubleshooting dan perbaikan terkait masalah yang terjadi.
• Memberikan dukungan remote/ onsite diluar jam kerja.
• Bersedia ditempatkan onsite di lokasi customer.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Menjalankan operasional untuk technology Thales HSM HSM dan MFA untuk aplikasi perbankan.
• Reporting daily operation
• Melakukan perbaikan terkait permasalahan yang muncul
• Melakukan troubleshooting dan perbaikan terkait permasalahan yang terjadi
• Support remote/onsite diluar jam kerja
• Bersedia ditempatkan onsite pada lokasi customer

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Sarjana S1, Teknik Informatika atau sejenis
• Pengalaman Minimal 3th pada bidang dan technology serupa
• Memahami dan mampu menjalankan operasional technology Thales HSM
• Menguasai operating sytem (OS) linux (RHEL) serta analisa jika terjadi gangguan pada OS tersebut
• Mampu melakukan analisa dan pemecahan masalah, dan melakukan eskalasi ke global support jika diperlukan
• Mendokumentasikan hasil assessment, usulan perbaikan dan perubahan konfigurasi yg dilakukan
