Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology (MITech) membuka posisi Analis Bisnis IT yang berperan mengubah kebutuhan bisnis menjadi artefak analitis dan dokumentasi teknis. Anda akan bekerja dengan Pemilik Bisnis, arsitek solusi, QA, dan vendor untuk memastikan pemenuhan persyaratan proyek.

Posisi ini menuntut pemahaman SDLC, Agile/Scrum, serta kemampuan mengelola beberapa proyek secara bersamaan dalam lingkungan cepat dan menantang. Penempatan on-site di Jakarta dengan kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang TI/Ilmu Komputer atau sejenisnya.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di IT dan/atau industri perbankan.
• Pengetahuan SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
• Manajemen proyek IT & proses delivery.
• Pengalaman memimpin proyek IT di posisi seperti Business Analyst/Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Kumpulkan kebutuhan dari Pemilik Bisnis dan pemangku kepentingan.
• Analisa kebutuhan bisnis dan identifikasi kebutuhan serta tujuan bisnis.
• Tinjau BRD dan dokumen kebutuhan lainnya.
• Ubah BRD menjadi PCR, RFP, atau dokumentasi teknis lain.
• Pimpin inisiatif di divisi yang ditugaskan.
• Dukungan uji coba bersama tim terkait.
• Koordinasi dengan PM/Co-PM untuk kemajuan proyek.
• Pastikan dokumentasi sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
• Uarai kebutuhan menjadi artefak analitis & visual (alur proses, diagram sistem, use case, UI mockups).

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Gather requirements from Business Owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse Business Owner requirements and identify business needs and objectives.
• Review and analyse Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and other applicable requirement documents.
• Conduct meetings with Business Owners and relevant stakeholders to analyse requirements and related business needs.
• Convert BRD documents into PCR, RFP, or other applicable technical documentation based on project standards and requirements.
• Conduct meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes, including key decisions and action items.
• Lead initiatives within the assigned division.
• Monitor and oversee assigned initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Support and facilitate testing activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) and Co-Project Manager (Co-PM) to ensure project progress is properly tracked, documented, and reported.
• Coordinate with technical stakeholders, including Solution Architects (SA), Quality Assurance (QA), relevant business/technical units, and vendors when required, to ensure all development requirements are properly addressed and fulfilled.
• Ensure all project documentation complies with applicable company policies, procedures, and project standards.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate analytical and visual artifacts, including business process flows, system flow diagrams, use case diagrams, user access matrices, UI mock-ups, architecture requirement designs, and other relevant diagrams.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT and/or the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following banking/business domains:

Credit, Wholesale Banking, Digital Banking, Human Resources, Finance, Funding, Regulatory, Digital IT Operations, Treasury, Banking Services & Quality

• Good understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), Agile methodology, and Scrum.
• Good understanding of IT project management and project delivery processes.
• Experience working on or leading IT projects is highly preferred, particularly in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Partner, or similar positions.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies.
• Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, including handling more than five projects within the same period.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in administrative tasks and documentation.
• Self-Starter with a Team Player Attitude
