Job summary

Accord Innovations Indonesia mencari kandidat IT & Software Specialist untuk bekerja di Jakarta Selatan. Peran ini fokus pada analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain solusi fungsional dengan tim pengembang, serta dokumentasi BRD/FSD/TSD & UML.

Kandidat akan melakukan testing internal, persiapan UAT, dan pelatihan pengguna jika diperlukan. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di lingkungan pengembangan perangkat lunak serta kemampuan MS Office diwajibkan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development environment.
• Berpengalaman dalam merumuskan BRD/FSD/TSD & UML.
• Mampu merangkum kebutuhan pengguna, solusi perangkat lunak, dan uji pengguna.
• Pemahaman dasar manajemen proyek dan pelaporan.
• Pengetahuan baik MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Analisa kebutuhan pengguna dan dokumentasikan persyaratan
• Koordinasi prioritas pengembangan dengan tim developer
• Rancang solusi fungsional bersama developer untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
• Lakukan pengujian internal untuk memastikan solusi berfungsi
• Siapkan UAT dengan pengguna bisnis dan dokumentasikan bukti tes serta sign-off
• Buat dokumentasi panduan pengguna dan lakukan pelatihan jika diperlukan
• Bekerja sama dengan departemen terkait untuk menyelesaikan isu produksi

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Support system enhancement request by analyzing and documenting user requirements
• Manage system developer prioritization in delivering system enhancements
• Design functional solution together with system developer to address user requirements
• Conduct internal testing to ensure all the functional solution working
• Arrange user acceptance testing with business users to validate the enhancement by gathering proof of test and sign off
• Create user guide documentation and provide system training to trainers or business users, when required by the project
• Work closely with respective departments and development team to resolve production issue

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology / System Information
• Minimum 2 Years of working experience in software development environment
• Know and understand of building/drafting BRD, FSD, TSD & UML.
• Understand how to elaborate user requirement, build software solution, conduct and arrange user testing
• Basic understanding of project management and reporting
• Good knowledge on Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
