Peran ini mencakup instalasi, konfigurasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan OS serta alat manajemen, dengan fokus pada ketersediaan, keamanan, dan backup data di lingkungan data center Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Pengetahuan jaringan (DNS, TCP/IP, firewall).
• Mampu mengelola sistem yang scalable, highly available, dan fault-tolerant.
• Berpengalaman UNIX/Linux.
• Pengalaman virtualisasi (VMware, Proxmox) dan containerization.
• Pengalaman dengan sistem monitoring.
• Pengalaman DNS Server dan Mail Server.
• Pengalaman solusi backup (VEEAM).
• Pengetahuan Azure dan AWS.
• Pengalaman Grafana/Prometheus/Zabbix.
• Pengalaman web server Apache/Nginx.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola dan memantau semua sistem dan infrastruktur terpasang baik on-premises maupun cloud.
• Menginstalasi, mengkonfigurasi, menguji, dan memelihara OS, aplikasi, dan alat manajemen sistem.
• Menjamin ketersediaan tertinggi dari sistem dan infrastruktur.
• Merencanakan, merancang, dan mengembangkan infrastruktur on-premises atau cloud.
• Memantau kinerja aplikasi untuk bottleneck dan bekerja dengan pengembang untuk solusi.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure either on-premises or cloud.

• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.

• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

• Planning, Design and Development an Infrastructure either on- premises or cloud.

• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

• Provide 2nd level support

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

• Collaborate with developer team, product owner using agile project management framework.

• Maintain server infrastructure on Data centre.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls)

• Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox) and containerization

• Experience with monitoring systems

• Experience with DNS Server, Mail Server.

• Experience with Backup Solution (VEEAM)

• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)

• Familiar with Azure and AWS technologies.

• Familiar with Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix

• Familiar with Webserver Engine (Apache,Nginx).

• Experience with Data centre Environment is a plus.
