Job summary

Benemica HMS is seeking a Senior Payroll-HRIS Application Support and Product Specialist in Jakarta. The role focuses on payroll and HRIS software implementation, support, and customer relationship management.

You will conduct data analysis, assist in data migration and payroll reconciliation, train users, handle inquiries, and support clients during payroll processes. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Tax Management, or Communication
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in tax consulting, payroll, application support, and understanding of payroll and HRIS business processes preferred
• Mastery of Indonesian Income Tax (PPh21/PPh26) preferred
• Pass knowledge test and BPJS and payroll calculation test for Indonesia compliance
• Honest and reliable
• Comfortable communicating via call or video call
• Confident and proactive
• Willing to travel to client locations when needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis related to Payroll Software and HRIS implementation
• Provide assistance and support in data migration, system migration, and reconciliation of salary and tax data
• Conduct training for Benemica service users
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, questions, and issues
• Assist client during payroll process as needed
• Analyze and simulate bugs and issues encountered
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues according to service standards
• Verify correction results and conduct software testing
• Communicate workarounds and software fixes to clients
• Analyze product and process for improvement
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff
