Job summary

Anabatic Technologies' payroll team in Tangerang is seeking a detail-oriented payroll administrator to handle day-to-day payroll outputs and ensure accuracy against customer requirements and SOPs.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.0+; proficiency in MS Excel and strong English skills are required. On-site assignment at Graha Anabatic, Tangerang, with ASAP joining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.0 in any major (prefer Accounting/Tax).
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Fresh graduates welcome; payroll experience is a plus.
• English literate both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll outputs and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports in line with SOPs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance and respond to payroll queries.

Job description

To complete day to day operation based on project assigned, by ensuring all deliverables Payroll output are being fully delivered and delivering proper quality of payroll output based on customer’s requirement and in line with standard operating procedures and SLA agreed.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree with GPA minimum 3.00, in any major but preferable majoring in Accounting or Tax.

English literate both writing and speaking is a must.

Proficient in Ms. Excel.

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, but have experiences in processing payroll or payroll administration is an advantage.

Interested in working with detail & administration.
