MileApp mencari Business Analyst / System Analyst berpengalaman untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis secara mendalam, menerjemahkan ke dalam spesifikasi fungsional untuk Product dan Engineering, serta menjalankan gap analysis terhadap kemampuan produk. Kandidat akan membangun kasus bisnis dan ROI serta menganalisis data operasional untuk rekomendasi solusi.

Posisi ini bersifat penuh waktu dengan kerja remote dari Indonesia.

Formación

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait
• Pengalaman 3+ tahun sebagai Business Analyst/Systems Analyst, idealnya dari SaaS/teknologi
• Keterampilan analitis yang kuat dan mampu mengubah data menjadi rekomendasi
• Menguasai SQL dan Excel/Google Sheets tingkat lanjut
• Pengalaman menggunakan BI tools menjadi nilai tambah
• Kemampuan menulis BRD/FRD/user stories dengan jelas
• Kemampuan bertanya dengan tajam untuk mengungkap kebutuhan klien
• Komunikasi efektif dengan pemangku kepentingan teknis maupun non-teknis
• Kemampuan bekerja lintas fungsi antara Sales, Product, dan Engineering
• Teliti namun memiliki pandangan bisnis yang luas

Responsabilidades

• Melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kebutuhan bisnis dan akar masalahnya
• Menerjemahkan kebutuhan menjadi spesifikasi fungsional untuk Product dan Engineering
• Melakukan gap analysis antara kebutuhan dan kemampuan produk
• Membangun business case dan analisis ROI untuk solusi yang diusulkan
• Menganalisis data operasional untuk mengungkap wawasan yang mendukung rekomendasi solusi
• Dukungan pada kasus kompleks yang membutuhkan analisis data mendalam
• Memelihara dokumentasi persyaratan yang rapi antara Sales, Product, dan Engineering
• Memberikan masukan berbasis data untuk prioritas roadmap produk

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Conduct in depth analysis of business requirements, getting to the root cause behind what clients are asking for
• Translate those needs into clear functional specs that Product and Engineering can act on
• Run gap analysis between requirements and existing product capabilities
• Build business cases and cost-benefit/ROI analyses for proposed solutions or customizations
• Analyze operational data to surface insights that strengthen solution recommendations
• Support on complex, data-heavy cases that need deeper analytical work
• Maintain clean, standardized requirement documentation as the link between Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Feed data-driven input into product roadmap prioritization

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, or related field
• Experience 3+ years as a Business Analyst / System Analyst, ideally from a SaaS, tech company
• Strong analytical thinking, able to turn data into insight and recommendations, not just summarize it
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (required)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) is a plus
• Skilled at writing clear BRDs/FRDs/user stories
• Sharp, critical questioning to uncover clients' real needs behind stated requests
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Detail-oriented while still able to see the bigger business impact
