Job summary

Integrity Indonesia is seeking a proactive System Administrator in Jakarta to keep our IT infrastructure secure, efficient, and reliable. You will manage on‑premises and cloud environments, maintain critical systems and networks, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

The role emphasizes security, backups, disaster recovery testing, and ISO 27001/ISMS initiatives, with a 6‑month contract to start and a potential conversion to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar IT Infrastructure role.
• Strong experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, or similar), and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, backup solutions, and enterprise networking.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, system hardening, backup & disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 2701, IT security best practices, or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, CompTIA Server+/Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
• Willing to participate in scheduled maintenance and provide after‑hours support when required.
• Comfortable working under an initial 6‑month employment contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
