Job summary

Reycom Document Solusi (RDS Group) is seeking a System Engineer to implement, configure, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and security. You will manage Windows Server and Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and network security devices.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, cloud readiness, and collaboration within the IT & PMO team, with an opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure projects across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware or IT infrastructure implementation.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and IT security.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security devices.
• Experience in infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
• Windows Server or Virtualization certifications will be considered an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Educational Background
