Job summary

Integrity Indonesia seeks a proactive System Administrator to manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient operations and high availability. You will maintain core services, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in automation and security.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, experience with Windows/Linux, AD, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls, plus scripting skills. Initial 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as System Administrator or similar IT Infrastructure role.
• Experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, backups, and enterprise networking.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, backup & disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or IT security best practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure.
• Administer core IT services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, VPN, firewalls, network infra.
• Monitor system performance and provide advanced support for high availability.
• Perform upgrades, patches, backups, DR testing, and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation and IT assets; coordinate with vendors.
• Participate in deployments, migrations, and tech upgrades.
• Support ISO 27001/ISMS initiatives and maintain compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and automation.
