PT Intikom Berlian Mustika - Talent Acquisition is seeking an IT System Administrator to monitor, manage, and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, stability, and security across the organisation. The role covers Active Directory, email and mailbox administration, patch management, antivirus updates, and incident handling as Level 2 support.

Site visits to operational locations may be required.

Competenze

• Diploma or higher in Informatics/CS/IS or related IT field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT System Administrator or similar.
• Experience managing Windows AD, antivirus server systems, and print servers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud computing systems.
• Foundational networking and telecommunications knowledge.

We are seeking an IT System Administrator to monitor, manage, and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, stability, and security across the organisation.

Scope of Work

Monitor and manage daily operations of on-premise and cloud server infrastructure.

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group memberships, email administration, and mailbox administration.

Handle incident tickets and service requests as Level 2 Support through ServiceDeskPlus.

Manage application deployments, patch management, and antivirus update distribution across user devices.

Manage infrastructure support services, including DHCP, print servers, and other system services.

Perform preventive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous service quality improvement.

Conduct health checks, configuration validation, and capacity reviews.

Conduct site visits to operational locations as required by the company.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain the stability and security of the IT infrastructure.

Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.

Minimum three years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a related role.

Experience managing Windows Active Directory, antivirus server systems, and print servers.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud computing systems.

Strong foundational understanding of networking and telecommunications.

Basic knowledge of standard hardware and software specifications used in a corporate environment.
