• Manage user accounts and access rights to ensure system security and integrity
• Maintain overall system security through the implementation of security patches, operating system and software updates, and firewall configurations
• Execute regular data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
• Provide technical support to users across various projects or branches by handling incoming support tickets and performing initial troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as a System Administrator or in other operational roles
• Strong understanding of computer networking concepts
• Experienced in managing desktops, Windows and Linux servers, as well as Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to travel to various projects or branch offices to provide technical support
