Job summary

pt nojorono tobacco international is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and optimize our hardware, software, servers, and network systems for high availability and performance.

You will mentor a team of IT professionals, plan and oversee projects, implement data protection policies, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws while managing budgets and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, AWS, Cisco, Juniper) highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• Experience managing hybrid on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
• Experience managing hybrid environments that include on-premises and cloud-based services (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Skills:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of network administration, cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and system security best practices.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Python, Ruby, Rust) for automation tasks is desirable.
