Job summary

WOM Finance is seeking an experienced Telemarketing Supervisor to lead daily activities for Syariah Financing products. You will optimize data usage from Repeat Order and new acquisitions while guiding a team of agents.

You will educate agents on Sharia product features and required disclosures, enforce SOPs and compliance, and drive daily sales to meet disbursement targets through strong leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years as Supervisor/Team Lead in Telemarketing/Telesales
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Good understanding of multifinance business processes and sales workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead daily telemarketing for Syariah financing, optimizing RO and acquisition databases
• Educate and train agents on Sharia product features and disclosures
• Maintain zero-finding standards following SOPs and Sharia guidelines
• Drive sales, monitor agent productivity, and achieve disbursement targets
