Job summary

WOM Finance is seeking an experienced Telemarketing Supervisor to lead daily activities for Syariah Financing products. You will optimize data usage from Repeat Order and new acquisitions while guiding a team of agents.

You will educate agents on Sharia product features and required disclosures, enforce SOPs and compliance, and drive daily sales to meet disbursement targets through strong leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years as Supervisor/Team Lead in Telemarketing/Telesales
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Good understanding of multifinance business processes and sales workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead daily telemarketing for Syariah financing, optimizing RO and acquisition databases
• Educate and train agents on Sharia product features and disclosures
• Maintain zero-finding standards following SOPs and Sharia guidelines

Job description

• Lead and direct daily Telemarketing activities for Syariah Financing products, optimizing database utilization from both Repeat Order (RO) and acquisition channels.
• Educate and train agents on Sharia product features, correct contract disclosures (e.g., Murabahah / Ijarah / Akad Syariah), and effective closing techniques.
• Maintain zero-finding standards by ensuring all telemarketing calls strictly adhere to internal SOPs and Sharia compliance guidelines.
• Drive daily sales execution, monitor agent productivity, and implement tactical strategies to reach team disbursement targets.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead in Telemarketing/Telesales (preferably in the multifinance or banking industry).
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of multifinance business processes and sales workflows.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel (for data tracking & reporting) and Google Workspace.
