Job summary

PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (WOM Finance), Tbk is seeking a Telemarketing Supervisor to oversee operations for MobilKu, MotorKu, New Bike and Syariah Financing products. The role focuses on guiding a team to convert RO and new customer data into sales while maintaining SOP compliance.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory telemarketing role within financial services, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Job description

Responsible for overseeing and managing Telemarketing operational activities for a designated product line (MobilKu, MotorKu, New Bike, or Syariah Financing).

Supervising and educating the Telemarketing team in executing product offerings based on Repeat Order (RO) consumer data or New Customer database (specifically for Syariah products).

Ensuring all operational workflows strictly adhere to company SOPs, compliance standards, and prevailing policies.

Driving and monitoring team execution to ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance standards.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead in Telemarketing/Telesales (preferably in the multifinance or banking industry).

Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of multifinance business processes and sales workflows.

Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel (for data tracking & reporting) and Google Workspace.

Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Medan, Yogyakarta, or Kediri.
