Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years as Supervisor/Team Lead in Telemarketing/Telesales.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Medan, Yogyakarta, or Kediri.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telemarketing ops for MobilKu, MotorKu, New Bike, or Syariah Financing.
• Supervise and coach the telemarketing team on RO and new customer data usage.
• Ensure all workflows comply with SOPs, compliance standards and policies.
• Drive team execution to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
