Job summary

SAMIR is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our telesales division in Jakarta to drive performance and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fintech environment. The role focuses on leading a telesales team, coaching, onboarding new hires, and delivering regular performance reports while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in telesales, 1 year in a team leadership role, and strong communication and CRM skills to boost productivity and achieve

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in telesales or telemarketing.
• Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader.
• Experience with fintech, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with call center systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Supervise daily activities to ensure tickets are processed per SOPs and regulations.
• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and training.
• Support onboarding, product training, and SOP implementation.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance.
• Develop and improve telesales strategies and call scripts.
• Identify ways to improve sales performance.
