Job summary

You will rotate across departments, contribute to projects, and gain a well-rounded understanding of the business while supporting operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of business unit strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics across departments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different areas.
• Assist supervisory staff with day-to-day operations and coordination.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance.
