Responsibilities

• Rotating through multiple departments to gain broad exposure to operations and management.
• Support departmental managers in executing key business initiatives and projects.
• Assist with development and implementation of operational processes and systems.
• Gather and analyse data to support decision-making and planning.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support execution of strategic projects under management supervision.
• Contribute to development of business plans and performance metrics.
• Attend management training sessions and professional development programmes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and understand their operational needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for senior management.
