Job summary

GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee to join our Tangerang, Banten base on a full-time basis. You will work under the mentorship of experienced managers, gaining exposure to diverse business operations and learning our management practices.

The programme develops future leaders through structured training, cross-functional projects, and exposure to strategic initiatives, with a clear pathway to broader responsibilities within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and collaborate with colleagues.
• High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business software.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in developing management expertise.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and learn quickly.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Preferred: Prior internship or work experience in a business management or operations environment.
• Preferred: Knowledge of sustainability practices or environmental business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support senior managers in the execution of business strategies and operational initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to understand various business functions and their interdependencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and improvements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support the coordination and execution of business unit operations.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of operational challenges.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on business metrics.
• Support communications and coordination across different teams and departments.
• Participate in training programmes and professional development activities.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required to support management objectives.
