You will manage day-to-day client relationships, capture requirements, and present campaigns from brief to delivery. You will also handle communications and follow up on feedback to secure approvals.

The position emphasizes collaboration with creative, strategy, and production teams in a fast-paced agency environment, with strong English and Indonesian language skills as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and manage timelines, tasks, and details.
• Understand branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns (TikTok and platforms).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business communication skills.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to translate client needs into briefs.
• Prior experience in advertising, creative agencies, or marketing roles is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• On-site work in Surabaya in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and Indonesian is an advantage.
