Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia in Surabaya seeks a Surabaya Business Development Manager - Fnb to lead the sales and business development function for rigid packaging within the Food & Beverage sector.

You will build and manage a high‑performing team, grow strategic accounts, and translate customer needs into commercially viable packaging solutions while coordinating with production, quality, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of commercial experience, including leadership in sales or business development.
• Experience in rigid packaging or Food & Beverage packaging preferred.
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and acquire new customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and business development team, set priorities and targets.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for rigid packaging in the F&B market.
• Identify and secure new opportunities with manufacturers, brand owners, distributors.
• Manage key accounts with contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and oversee full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain and finance to meet customer needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline
