Job summary

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a Sales Executive for Food & Beverage to join our Surabaya team on a contract basis. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and promote our F&B offerings to hospitality establishments and corporate clients.

The role requires proven sales success, strong communication, and the ability to travel throughout the Surabaya region. You will develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales within F&B, hospitality, or tourism.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Indonesian and English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify and convert new business opportunities in Surabaya region.
Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and corporate clients.
Present and demonstrate F&B products and services to potential customers.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts.
Manage client accounts and ensure high service levels.
Coordinate with operations for seamless delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Maintain CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline.
Attend industry events to generate leads and brand awareness.
