Michael Page is hiring a seasoned Key Account Manager to develop strategic customers and strengthen presence across Indonesia. The role focuses on managing and growing key accounts in packaging, printing, and related sectors, while building lasting relationships with brand owners, printers, and converters.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate across technical and regional teams, and identify opportunities for a sustainable sales pipeline. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as stated.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales or key account management experience.
• Strong exposure to packaging, printing, labels, or converting industries.
• Established relationships with Indonesian customers and decision-makers is a plus.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within packaging, printing, labeling, and converting industries.
• Develop relationships with brand owners, printers, converters, and packaging manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and recommend product solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, forecasts, and account plans.
• Collaborate with technical, product, supply chain, and regional teams for customer support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Support product trials, customer presentations, and new product introductions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
