Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth across Indonesia’s packaging and printing industries. The role is based in Cikarang with strong regional exposure and opportunities for career development.

You will manage key accounts, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customers’ technical and commercial needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of B2B sales or key account management experience.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within packaging, printing, labeling, and converting industries.
• Develop strong relationships with brand owners, printers, converters, and packaging manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, forecasts, and annual account plans.
• Collaborate with technical, product, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure effective customer support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Manage sales forecasts, account performance, and customer profitability.
• Support product trials, customer presentations, and new product introduction activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
