Airwokrssupply is seeking a proactive Customer Support Specialist in Surabaya to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient issue resolution. You will work closely with other departments to improve the customer journey and reinforce the company’s brand in East Java.

The role requires a good understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide effective solutions and guidance to customers and ensuring satisfaction and timely resolutions.
