IGB Media is hiring a Logistics Coordinator & Delivery Specialist to manage and optimize delivery operations in Surabaya, Indonesia. The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and high service quality.

You will monitor routes, optimize schedules, and support loading/unloading as needed, contributing to a smooth distribution network across East Java.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics coordination or similar roles.
Proficiency with logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
A valid driving license (SIM A or B1 Umum) and clean record.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for the fleet.

Logistics Coordinator & Delivery Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator & Delivery Specialist to manage and optimize delivery operations in Surabaya . This hybrid role involves coordinating fleet activities, managing dispatch schedules, and occasionally assisting with deliveries to ensure seamless service. You will play a pivotal part in streamlining logistical processes, improving delivery times, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a hands‑on approach to problem-solving, contributing to the efficiency of our client's distribution network in East Java .

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for the fleet, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery schedules and company protocols.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation and shipment tracking.
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
Assist with loading/unloading and making deliveries when necessary, especially during peak periods in Surabaya .
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a similar role.
Proficiency in using logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
A valid driving license (SIM A or B1 Umum) and a clean driving record.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
