Meratus Group in Surabaya is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage supplier invoices, payments, and vendor communications. You will ensure 3-way matching, maintain ledgers, and support month-end close with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, at least two years in AP, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable with full-cycle understanding.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial data.
• Familiar with AP processes and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice Processing: Verify, code, and process supplier invoices accurately; match invoices with PO and delivery receipts (3-way matching).
• Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payments and ensure compliance with policies and deadlines.
• Vendor Management: Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Expense Reimbursements: Process employee expense claims per policy.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain AP ledgers and aging reports; assist month-end close and audit prep.
